Please tell me what's wrong and how to treat this. It's actually gotten worse since i tried to scratch it to see if it would go away, but now on that cracked spot there is blood (i scratched it). I don't have this on my other foot and it doesnt get worse, but not better either.
And not going to a doctor cuz screw them.

Listen mikecwru, this is a very serious issue! Big painful genital ulcers are no laughing matter. These look alot like the ones you had in your mouth...
