hi friends i am international dentist with
nbde 1 88
nbde 2 85
toefl 106
gpa 3.08
5 months of observeship
1 year experience in india
i have applied to many universities got rejection from every where i really am not understanding where the problem is.
so now i am not able to decide weather to give part 1 once again or do some observeship or any other courses. want to improve my resume atleast for next cycle..please need some advise.
am very distressed.......

You have overall very good stats. My advise is don't lose hope...just be determined...continue your observership..if possible do some assisting too...Take some courses....anything dental related....work very well on your SOP...its very crucial in a way...volunteer anything dental related anywhere u can....apply for some research assisting too if you can.....practice a lot for the bench exam.....try to gain as much info from everywhere....and work over it.....definitely u will get in by God's Will...just wait......!!!!and keep working hard!!!!!

There is also a different way to get dental license. Do 2 yrs mph and 1 yr dental public health.
Take part 1 and 2(which u have ) and a clnical exam

Did you get any interview?

If not, probably you need to work on your personal statement and resume. Sometimes a typo may ruin the application.

If yes, probably you need to work on your interview skills. You can find a tutor in a college to guide you for such interviews. It's not cheap but worth it.

What is this different way? How will we get dental licence with 2ys of mph+1year of dental public health and both nbde exam. I am unaware of this and it will me helful if you can provide more details.

apply to colorado and LLU ..with ur scores u will definately get an iv call from these schools and go well prepared for ur bench exams and personal interviews. Exam thr is on mannequin..so practise tht way..it might take a little while to get into dental school but if u r consistent ,u will definately get through..
