well i might agree with you but comparing USC and UCLA just ends up in a flame war (already twice i think this cycle?)... so i am avoiding that one 😀

EDIT/ seriously people, there is no way i am the last person on sdn waiting to hear from UCLA... is there? 🙁

You should have at least gotten an initial response (in, reject, waitlist)

If not, you might have not gotten all your reqs in or something, who knows?

I cant imagine they havent at least reviewed all applicants at this point.

she put me on hold for a sec then came back and said that at the end of next week they are scheduled to make decisions...

so i guess I'll go back to patiently waiting... 😡

that's their canned response, it means they found your application in a pile somewhere and Parker's going to look at today, then they're going to give you a status update retroactively dated to 5/15

I'm in the same position. I'm very happy with my decision for where I'm going to go, but I'd like to know what the final decision was anyway just out of curiosity.

I interviewed on 3/6 and was never told anything. I've called numerous times in the last few months. Lili Fobert in the admissions office is a sweetheart, and maybe I'm gullible, but I believed her when she said there is a group of students they had not made decisions on and I am one of them. She said it would be a couple more weeks until they make final decisions.

i think this is the first time i ever bumped a thread of my own creation... doesnt feel right, but this will be the only time i do it, promise 👍

called once (3 weeks ago), said I'd hear in two weeks. Nothing.

UPDATE: a close friend got called today, she was accepted off the waitlist! so i am jealous, but it inspired me to check the status page, my letter was sent 6/18 so i called in, looks like unranked waitlist for me (whatever the good one was)... anyhow, if you hadnt heard for a while check your status, you might have news too... 😀
