kaplan review book, dental decks and all previous q papers should suffice.
regarding time .......well every individual is different.....so it depends on u.i think 4 months should be enough with 8-10 hrs study .still it varies...............

Hi guys,

I am a foreign trained dentist planning to prepare for NBDE part 1 with the final goal of joining an advanced standing program.Graduated in 2002.DID NOT touch my books since then. Was practicing off and on in India.Could someone please answer my queries...?

A--What is the best combination of books/study material that I can use to get atleast 90 ?

B--Is four months time sufficient if I study with concentration for 6-7 hours(remember I have a 6-year gap)? Planning to take exam in first week of August.

C--Will I be eligible to apply to dental schools for spring 2009 admissions?
I stay in bay area, would prefer schools here.

Appreciate any sound advice/knowledgeable answers.Hey, NileBDS,would like to hear from you too when you have the time.Thanks.
