Before you make a drastic descison, do a search on the USMLE forum for Step 1. Read posts by BigFrank, Stinger, Jalby, etc. Read advice from repuatable SDNers that have ACTUALLY taken Step 1 rather than people that haven't. You will notice that BRS PATHOLOGY was very popular by the top scorers on SDN.
