I am going for the 2008 match and trying to find out about various pediatric programs. Which one is better for residency and subsequently fellowship placement? Saint Louis University (SLU) OR University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) Pediatrics? Please vote and mention why you think so.

I'd go with SLU. UIC's peds department is tiny. The inpatient service is merely half a floor, with approximately half of the 20 or so patients being heme/onc at any given time.
