i got my part 1 score and its 86....gpa is 2.34...which is my biggest problem.What are my options?i would apply to one or two,just in case..but what shd i do next?

1)repeat part 1(im worried because different ppl are getting diff scores even with same marks for eg..someone with better raw scores,the composite was less)
2)go for part 2 and apply(what if ultimately i dont end up anywhere)

I am ready for going for a MpH course to boost my application.But thats the last option.Please advice.
