Can someone plzz help me bout my ECE report .

i'm frm ragivgandhi university(RGUHS)bangalore.i happened to retake oral surgery and perio in my final year but RGUHS is not issuing the failed marks cards.now i applied for gpa and got 2.5 gpa.......but they gave me "F"grade for oral surgery nd perio.

my question is ...can i apply to schools with an "F" in oral surgery nd prio??
is there any other alternative??

can anyone tell me how to get failed markscard frm RGUHS.

plzzzzz help me guys i'm really very much worried .
