Although I am not a resident at WRAMC, many of the rotating residents at NRH come from Walter Reed, particularly for SCI and TBI rotations.
They seem to really enjoy their experience at Walter Reed. Most of them comment on the excellent teaching, outstanding relationships between residents and attendings and the high scores they achieve on the SAE. After working with many of them, I have found them to have an excellent fund of knowledge and they have been great to work with.
I know this does not directly answer your question, but the residents are any reflection of the program, the rotation experiences must be excellent.
