Have a light brunch....high protein eggs, a piece of toast, orange juice.
The Thomson Prometric testing center that I went to was very nice: they had complimentary cheese crackers/cookie, hot tea, and of course, a soft-drink machine.
I think eating something light is very important because in retrospect, the 8hr. MCAT post-lunch feeling + exhaustion made it more of a challenge to focus and process quickly.

apples=gasoline for the brain. and they're quite tasty. granny smiths are my pref. for a quick snack.

I took the exam in the PM and found it best to bring some light snacks that wouldn't weigh me down much and would give me the best "bang for my buck." For me, this included a few cookies, a bagel, a banana, and a half-drank latte. I ate a light and late breakfast consisting of OJ a banana and some oatmeal and drank some coffee right before the exam. All-in-all, I'd recommend going as light as you dare you you don't have any urges during the exam 😉 good luck!
