pmdd and max magnessium dose?

magnessium has been helpful to anxiety sufferers and is being looked into for helping with pmdd. pmdd being a dysphoric disorder has very servere debilitating symptoms and a high dose of magnessium is thought to help as is b6 vit. i cant remember where i read the safe max does for magnessium, does any1 remember the max dose as im soooooo tierd?
