Searching throughout the internet i find it pretty hard to find jobs for Dpm's is there a specific link where i can find a website. Just curious to see the market right now.

Thanks

this months apma magazine had quite a few in the classifieds

You're probably not going to find a job using a job board when you're a doctor. Most likely it'll be through networking / word of mouth.

hospital websites? they don't normally post on craigslist or indeed.com.

there are also Doctor recruiters. Similar to high end executive recruiting or lawyer recruiting they have listings for MD/DO/DPM/DDS etc. (that was in no order of importance just what came out of my head)

Also, any podiatry jobs are offered by word of mouth, unless you're particularly sold on a geographic area, then you might follow the ads in that area, place an ad yourself, or contact local DPM, ortho groups, and hospitals.

Another way to find jobs is to go to the APMA website. On the website header there is a Podiatry link that takes you to a directory of the states component associations and societies. You can then click on your state or link of choice and you will see classifieds and job listings. I hope this helps...

do you who they signed with (hospitals, pod groups, or ortho groups)?

Yeah, but you will be VERY restricted in what you can do. You'll only be doing routine pod care. NO SURGERY.

the page you hyperlinked to was that of podiatrists seeking jobs and nothing about what has better benefits/scope/pay/partner opportunities/etc...is there any part of the link you gave in particular that answer the question I asked?

Sorry but no i didn't answer your question as that was not my point. I started this thread so i put in something about pod jobs and more information that is relevant to my original question.
