Pod School Internships

What do you guys know about podiatry school internship programs for pre pod students? I'm a rising junior and Temple is my #1 choice. How hard is it to get into their internship program? How much will it actually help?

Heard from a student on here through PM that the Temple one specifically looks very very good to Temple adcoms if you can get into it. Whether its a shoe in or not- it'll give you a huge resume booster seeing that on your resume. They have 2 sessions I believe, one summer and one winter.

I think a few of those schools have those pre-professional internships for pre pod students. I did Kent's internship and it looked great on my resume. It wasn't hard to get in, I believe all you needed was to send your transcripts, application, and 1 letter of rec. I highly recommend all students look into the internship. It really solidified my pursuit of podiatry and looked amazing come application time. This years internships are over with but you can still do it next year before you apply.
