how do you guys see pods future growth in a pos and more demand or a dead end soon to be? earning potential etc...your thoughts?

Do some research on your own. There are SO MANY threads on this forum about all the things you have asked.

No point in recreating the exact same discussion that's been done many times before.

If you want an accurate depiction, pay a hell of a lot more attention to residents/practicing pods, glance at the posts from students, and take the opinions of pre-pod folks with a grain of salt, because their opinion is based on an outside perspective.
