Hello! I'm applying when apps open in August 2011. I had a few questions:

1. How early can I send my LOR to the schools through Interfolio?
2. How early can I send my transcript to AACPM?
3. When do I send my MCAT scores?
4. What's the minimum/maximum word/character count for the personal statement?

I guess I want to send all my stuff as soon as possible and was wondering if any of this is possible BEFORE August? And if it's a good idea if I do send it before August because I remember reading in a forum that someone who send it in early to Temple had it thrown away. Thanks!

- You can send these documents anytime. If what you read on a forum bothers you then just send them out when the application opens up.

4. What's the minimum/maximum word/character count for the personal statement?
- 4500, as far as I know there is no minimum.

Personal statement max is 4500 characters.

If I send the documents in early, is there a special way to label it to make it clear I'm applying for the next cycle? Thanks!

Is it really easier to get on here and ask than it is to just call or email the school and get a direct, more reliable answer? Go to the source! That's my advice. That being said I would say don't send them in early, there is really no need to and the chances they will be lost by the school between now and the next cycle are greater. I know you are excited to get started but there is really no advantage to sending them in now and you will probably have to resend them after the school throws them out on accident with all the paperwork for this cycle.

You can't apply during this cycle for 2012 entering class. You need to wait until the application opens up for that cycle.
