Ok. I checked, my night one results said I went on a joyride and rode it into an inferno and was silenced. (thanks again whoever healed me with burn spray) night two says nothing about riding it just that I am thankful I didn't have to use it.

Anyway, bicycles ain't suspicious, are they?

And how could someone know you were silenced & to use the burn spray, specifically, on you? Sounds like something behind the scenes. Either a wolf's doing or your partner. Unless I missed something.

Umm, are you absolutely sure it had to be behind the scenes knowledge? I recall the bread item in LoTR where all the player had to do was elect to use the bread and if someone needed it it was applied. No knowledge needed.

As to why your PM says I'm riding a bike vs mine saying I didn't have to use it... I refer you to nohika's post saying there will be PM variance and to NOT lynch based on it alone.

FTB, all I can think of is Boba Fett and how much I was yelling at my laptop every time they unlynched you.. :laugh:


Not sure if this is just a PM discrepancy, a Boba Fett, or even anything at all. I tend to not be too worried about it right now and personally I want to hear more from zany.

This is not a Boba Fett. That requires a shady item or character. I have a bright shiny red bicycle, yet to be shown to be malicious. My role is a Pokemon and has been verified.

Were people lynching zany on grounds she stole something?

No, I'm not sure. I'm just throwing the idea out there. No harm by it, just thinking aloud. I have little experience in these WW games, so the example you provided is new to me. I will now keep that it mind 🙂

I never said I was going to lynch you, just making sure we have the information straight. All I know is that my pm said you were currently riding the bicycle. Just relaying that information to the rest.

No, I don't see how a bicycle is suspicious at this point. Unless, Pokemon can't ride bikes?? I don't know much about Pokemon.

I was going somewhere with this, but I forgot.. anyway. I don't find it suspicious right now.

Yes, people were lynching zany based off the grounds that she stole something but it has been made aware that there are items out there that allow you to steal.

Sorry I've been MIA guys. Had a Dev Bio exam Monday and have my anatomy midterm on the entire dog (minus the head) next week. Trying to catch up when I can, but I'm basically spending my time in lecture going over notes.

OK, quickly checking in before afternoon rounds...

I found an antidote last night... Since I couldn't find a better option, I attempted to use it on Zany; but nothing happened. No reason given, just that nothing happened. So, I'm really at a loss now...
 
I am torn. There seems to be a lot of confusion with PMs, but the mods have clarified that they have been just having fun with them. So maybe some people are just receiving different PMs than others about items, I am not quite convinced to lynch someone off of that yet.

Then we have zany stealing but there is an item that allows you to steal, but we have yet to hear from zany and if she had that item or not.

Without any further information, I don't really know who to lynch at this point.

while I'm trying to be lenient with the PMs thing... surely the mods wouldn't tell some people how an item works, but not tell everyone. that'd be weird..

Yes, but the mods posted the thing about the PMs possibly being different right after FFM mentioned that he didn't know what his item did..

I mean Dyachei/LIS messed with me last game by giving me less info about the question/riddling, but still told me what it did.

Sure it is possible mods are purposely changing things up.

But I have nothing else to go on, and won't lynch zany when no one else seems to have had the stealing item on night 1. Of course, a wolf could have had it and is just laughing their butt off, but obviously that is a lower probability.

No, the mods posted that in response to Packen about the hat. They also mentioned it again for the bicycle.

I healed FTB with the "Burn Heal" item which I have subsequently lost. Didn't want to say anything until I had lost it. I figured out FTB was silenced through process of deduction... if you paid attention during that cycle I said which people had not checked in yet and openly wondered where they were.....then continued to count when people checked in until I got to a very narrow list of people - I then went and checked that list against their profiles to see if those people had posted anywhere else in the forum at all or had logged on at all during the day. I found a post from FTB about 30 min prior, so it made sense that she was probably silenced... I asked the mods to use the item on FTB's group "grass" because it is a group specific item and the mods told me I was right that FTB was silenced....

I got lucky! 😀 and I am a good stalker :ninja:

so Zany still has not been online since 4:35 AM my time.... not sure what to do there... do we go with the little info we have on her stealing and lynch her or go with an RNG..... we have an hour

Does anyone have a current lynch tally? I get a break to eat lunch, but it's not very long, and you guys waffle so much that I have no idea where anything is. 🙄
