Poll: Do you place sealants?

Just curious. I graduated in 2016 and we placed sealants in pedo rotations. However, all the offices I've worked at since graduation, none of them placed sealants. Are they worth it?

If you do it on your own, good isolation, then they are worth applying. If assistants do, they don't pay attention to isolation, probably the tooth will get cavity as the sealant will be lost in some time due to saliva contamination. This is from my experience.

Poorly placed sealants can cause cavities. Place them well or don’t place them at all.

Isolite, 1/8 round bur in grooves if needed and they are wonderful preventative measures.
