Actual MCAT was higher than the practice tests. Didn't use Kaplan for anything like that, so I can't say anything about those tests. You should really check the MCAT forum for these types of things...

Yea, I thought this would be more useful than other polls that have been conducted.

I scored 5 points more on the real one, but I was drunk when I took the practice one.

I scored the same exact score 4 times on the practices - AAMC and Kaplan. Then I got 4 pts lower on the actual. It sucked.
