Pope's Blessing vs. Hand of Benediction vs. ulnar claw hand

Hi i was doing anatomy of the hand and i am mainly confused between the two different terms: "Pope's Blessing" and "Hand of Benediction"

Can someone please clarify the difference between these two as well as ulnar claw hand?
