NYU College of Dentistry is located in Manhattan at 345 East 24th Street (on the corner of First Avenue)

I'm not sure if there's a faster way, but here is what I would do:

From Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station, take the A train to 23rd Street Station (at the corner of 8th Ave). Walk east or take 23rd Street crosstown bus to First Avenue. Walk North to 24th Street to the College of Dentistry.

..or take the cab to the address listed above..

are you really going straight from port authority to the interview? that's a little risky time-wise... you don't know if you'll get stuck in traffic on the bus ride there and be late!

Yes , it is very risky, we come from Toronto around 6 Am so I think it is 8min with Taxi to NYU , hopefully we get there on time,

But WE will get a cab from port authorityto NYU, Subway in NYC will be scary around 6 am , we are two girls from Toronto,

6am subway ride is fine. But since you're coming from Toronto and going to the interview right away, then the cab will be your best bet since you'll be dropped off at the specific location. Remember to tell the driver the address and that it is at the corner of First Avenue. Good luck!

I took a bus from NJ to Port Auth, NY and then walked 1 block...took the R train from Times Square (42nd and 7th) to the stop at 23rd and 5th and walked east from there to 1st ave...very easy

Thanks guys, We have 10 hours bus drive then we have 2 hours to interview, She has no idea where to chnage her cloths before interview, Do you guys know when the dentistry building open?

If you explain your situation to the security people, I think you can get into the building with no problem as early as 6 a.m. To change clothes, there are family restrooms on the 6th floor and 11th floor. Have a safe trip and I hope your friend will like NYUCD. We have many people from Toronto in my class.
