Portable fingertip pulse ox

Do any of you guys use the personal pulse oximeters that clip on the pts fingertips? Any recommendations for which brand is the best? Not sure if they make these, but one that has audible beeps would be great.

Couple of my Pulm/CCM attendings carried those around, each had a Nonin brand unit I believe.

I've had a Nonin for about 4 years now. I think I've used it about 10 times. There aren't a lot of occasions when I want to check a SpO2 but don't have a monitor around.
