Hoping to connect with someone who has lived and worked in the Bay Area to learn more about the hospital pharmacy culture, living arrangement for new comer, transportation and rental suggestions. Recommendations on other key actionable items to get me started with the relocation process.

It is a hospital based hybrid position with pay range from $85 to $125. Out of curiosity, what is the current average pay at retail and hospital with ~15 years experience so I know what to negotiate.
