Possible to be accepted without LOR's?

Hi so I need some advice on what to do about my application. I was able to get a LOR from one science professor and another from an optometrist I shadowed. However, I know most schools want at least two science professors to write a LOR. I'm having a really hard time getting another letter from another science professor because my university is really big and my classes all have 400 students in them so professors aren't quite as nice about writing LOR's. I have smaller classes this semester and could possibly get an LOR once the semester is over but would that be too late to submit my application? I know the application can be submitted without having the LOR's in but I would still have to enter the recommender before I send out the application which I could only do after the semester is over and I've talked to my professor. My top school choice is PCO and I am really worried that because of LORs i won't get in. I have pretty good stats.. a 3.3 overall GPA, 350 AA, 340 TS...do you think schools like PCO will even consider my application or give me an interview without the proper amount of LOR's or should i wait it out and submit my application once the semester is over ? Please help me!

Your stats are fine, you should go ahead and submit your application now and then wait for the end of the semester to ask for another LOR. Chances are they may even want to interview you, even though your file is incomplete. Also, what other schools are you applying to? I know SCO only needs 1 letter from a science professor and 1 letter from an optometrist, which is what you have.

If you're applying via OPTOMCAS I think you have to use their system for the letters of rec. You may have to pay for them to send the school an updated application, but I am not sure. Some schools may be ok with that portion missing, but I wouldn't assume anything. It'd be better to find out first hand both from the schools you're applying to and from the application service to see if it would cost you again.

Midwestern and MCPHS also require 2 LORs based on the requirements on their websites.

This is what I found on MCPHS' website. "2 Letters of recommendation" I couldn't find anywhere on their site where it says to have 2 science professors.

I applied but never filled out the supplemental there. If I do decide to do proceed in that application, I only have one science prof, one humanities prof, and an optometrist for LORs.
