Hi! I already have an MD acceptance and have overloaded on all but one semester while in undergrad. So essentially I have enough credits to graduate except 1 writing class, but because of my scholarship I have for my undergrad I can't underload but wanted to try and take easier classes since I'm also going to be working on my research thesis and want to get back into some of my volunteer activities (I know they won't count for anything, I just really enjoy doing them). So I planned on doing 2 PE courses (pilates/yoga), an advanced dance class, a writing class (need to graduate), and then my military science requirement for ROTC. Do schools care if I all of a sudden take an easy load post-acceptance? I know the answer is probably no but seeing posts about acceptances being rescinded has given me some paranoia

Freshwater Ecology!!! (Just kidding)

schools won’t rescind for a lighter course-load post acceptance. adcoms can better advice but I think that would be extremely unlikely

There would be absolutely no basis for this unless the A was somehow conditioned on not taking a light course load (don't worry -- this isn't a thing!). Acceptances are rescinded for failure to graduate, material misrepresentations, fraud, IAs, etc., not for senioritis or taking it easy for a semester before jumping back into the fire. Don't worry!!!
