Any advice on how you're staying focused after being accepted to medical school? I'm only taking Calculus and a lab to finish up my undergrad degree, but sitting down at a desk and cracking open a textbook is nearly impossible for me. 24/7 I'm thinking about where I want to live, or if I should buy all of the required medical textbooks, or how and if I should prepare for school, etc. Lets just say SDN does not help this vice 😉

To think in 4 months these thoughts will become reality!

Lol i feel you man, been going through the same thing but just take it one day at a time and relax

haha I had a buddy who seriously just gave up life after getting into his phd program. Part of me actually thinks its not bad. Make sure you pass your course and dont do anything that would obviously warrant your dismissal from med school, but otherwise, I am a firm believer in enjoying the security you now have and living it up! Congrats!

Skirting the line of a C in biochem. Motivation is totally gone.

I've been playing a LOT of video games like League of Legends and am going through the entire Netflix queue of "How I Met Your Mother." I've also watched the entire youtube library of cute baby animals doing stuff, like sleeping.
