To anyone who has been accepted and matriculated (or anyone else who happens to know), once you've been accepted to medical school(s) and they request a transcript for courses taken/graded after this acceptance, what are they looking for?
I guess the more direct question is: are the acceptances typically conditional with grades of future courses being one of the conditions? If so, what, typically, are the conditions?

Don't get any D's. A single C is probably okay, but don't get a bunch of C's. If you would like more detailed responses, you can search for similar threads in the past week, there have been a few 😉

Edit: yes it's possible to get your acceptance taken away, but it's pretty hard.

Thanks for the reply.
There were other posts? Maybe I can't use the search feature appropriately...I searched for "transcripts" and didn't see anything relevant.

The final transcript from your school 1) proves you graduated, 2) proves you completed all the prerequisites for your school, 3) shows you are in good standing (no money owed, all classes completed, no other institutional issues, and 4) proves you complied with implied or explicitly required GPA standards for that school, as discussed by kyamh, though some schools expect you to maintain at least Bs.
