Okay. I've got into my top choice, Michigan and I have about 8 months to spend. I've already graduated so I don't need to work toward any degree, but I am taking anatomy for fun even though it's not a pre-req for Michigan Dental.

Recently I've been offered a full time data analyst position (yes I'm an engineering student) that pays $25/hour and I think I can make some serious money until I start the DS.

I really don't know how important to take that anatomy class before DS (as far as I know a lot of students do come into the curriculum with no exposure to anatomy)

Should I work or take the anatomy class? What are you guys doing until august?

Thanks,

That's really good pay. You already got in your top choice so you are not waiting anymore. Work and make some of that money. I wish i can get a position that pays $25/hr. that's some good money. I mean u done w/ all your requirements.

I would have to say.. work! it's not like you need your anatomy class as a pre-req. why pay the money to go to school? You can always invest your time after work if you wanted to start ahead with anatomy (this is what I'm doing). You can save up some money for now so that your budget won't be too tight during d-school.

I agree. Make the money now and study anatomy on your own.
