So, I didn't do well on my MCAT this past November, so I've been considering a post bac, because I feel that my GPA could use some work. I know that I can do better on my MCAT.

Stats:
Major : Biology (MCB)
Minor: Religious Studies
GPA: 3.45 🙁
MCAT: 22 🙁

1)What are some formal post bacs that you would recommend? I've completed all my pre med requirements obviously, and I did reasonably well in them.
2) I heard SMPs are good, but I don't think my MCAT is up to par, right?
3) I've heard about an "informal" post bac option. Is that possible for me?

Thanks!

i think 22 is too low for most SMP's.

you should take time off to study for that and raise ur gpa to 3.5+

How about taking additional courses in college to boost that GPA? You can also study for the MCAT while you do that.

yea, just take classes to raise your cGpa and sGPA (BCPM).

and study for the mcat....a 22 is more of a problem than a 3.4
