Post Bacc courses at different institutions

I am currently in the process of doing a formal post bacc at an institution but it is very expensive so I wanted to know if it matters that I finish up the rest of my courses at an institution closer to home to save money. I originally chose this institution because they give a certificate and a committee letter. Any feedback would be helpful.

Nope. I have taken post bacc courses at a total of 10 institutions. I get questioned about it during interviews but I have good reasons (saving money, moving for partner's work). As long as you can explain why and get good grades, it's okay.
