hi all,

there probably is a similar thread like this somewhere, but i couldn't find it!

here is my problem -- i am graduating this may from college and i will have completed all the pre-reqs. however, my gpa is very weak -- ~2.7 and i have D's from organic. i was wondering if i could retake organic chemistry at a post-bacc program, or if there is a different program for people who have completed the pre-reqs but wish to re-take classes. thanks a lot!!!!!! 😀

Hey Hunter and City College both have decent and cheap post bac programs. I did a non-official one and just took science classes at Hunter. However they do have an official post bac with an application process and everything. Here's Hunter's website: Hunter.cuny.edu
The program is run by Lolita Wood-Hill and I think you can make an appointment to speak with her before you start if you have any questions.

Almost forgot... both are in NYC. Hunter is in the Upper East and City College is in the 100's on the West Side
