Does anyone have any experience or recommendations for a post back for someone with a sub 3.0 gpa?

Unfortunately, no legitimate program will take you until you get your GPA to 3.0. I accomplished this by going back to a local college and taking classes until it was. This took a long time.
Without knowing more about your background and the classes you have, no one will be able to provide many suggestions.

CSU East Bay has a post bacc program called PHAP that has a minimum overall GPA of 2.8 for acceptance (average of accepted GPA is 3.0). Here's a link to their website if you're interested.
