MD & DO Post Bach vs more classes

I have a 3.4 sgpa, a 3.57 cgp
Would it better to delay a year an increase my gpa
Or
Do a postbach
I'm a second semester senior
Haven't taken Mcat yet

But in all seriousness, I think it depends if you want to apply MD vs DO, what your trend is like, and what you end up getting on the MCAT. I'll move to WAMC to give you better suggestions on whether to do a post-bacc or something else.

Your GPA isn't terrible. If you can get a balanced 32+ on the MCAT and apply early you could garner a few MD iis (pending you have good ECs as well) and would definitely be in good standing for DO iis. That said, I don't think it would hurt to take an extra year to bolster your GPA and ECs (if they're weak) if you're set on MD, but you by no means need to do a post-bac or SMP.

I'm thinking that if I do well one more year then I can possible hit a 3.65 cgpa and a 3.6 science
I am just concerned I won't get it in anywhere

I wouldn't be too concerned about that until you have your MCAT score as well.
