How are your patients doing?
Are you seeing a lot of people with lingering symptoms from mild cases?
I know something I read said that 85% of people are reporting lingering symptoms, mostly fatigue and exertional dypsnea.
I know that seems to be consistent with my patients. I think the exertional dyspnea seems to be what is bothering the younger people the most.

Anything that has seemed to help?
It's frustrating not really having answers for these patients.

Yes. I've had a few patients with a chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia-like syndrome after recovering from COVID.

Are you offering them anything?
What’s your advice to them?

Any decent resources to read up?

I tried B12 and Vitamin D (as Vitamin D may have a role in fibromyalgia symptoms). That was (not so surprisingly) a bust. I'm now trying the usual antidepressants that we typically use in fibromyalgia, to see if that does anything. I haven't found anything in the literature yet - mostly articles that say, "Yep, it seems to exist."

Fatigue and exertional dyspnea. Cough is usually still present as well, but this is similar to other viral coughs. For the occasional patient, especially physically active ones, I consider Echo or at least have them sit out exercise for for at least 2 wks and possibly more. Seen some bad outcomes with some athletes here who were otherwise healthy and developed heart failure. These talk a bit about exercise in younger patients post COVID:
