For those of you that have completed the DAT, how confident would you be if you had to retake the test today?

I'm just curious to find out if I'm the only one that has totally forgotten the majority of the math and science topics.

--I can't believe how fast the information slipped out of my brain. (In my situation, the saying, "use it or lose it" definitely applies.)

What's the DAT?

I recall something about a room, a computer, and very sweaty hands...I remember nothing else 😕

agreed

my prediction: bio 17, gchem 16, ochem 18, rc 20, math 18, pat 19

I forget most of everything. If I wanted to take it again, it'd be a TON of work before I would even be near ready... 🙄

The Drinking Assessment Test?
Lol!! I am so with you on that one. I started looking at my old practice exams, and the mere sight of it made me dizzy.

It makes my stomach tie itself into one big knot to see my old DAT stuff... I never want to have to study for it ever again. The taking it wasn't so bad, though.

Hey, I don't know about you guys, but the only thing that has changed is now I study for the DAT for fun... You know the good ole days...Up at 6am study till 12am. I, for some reason, can't seem to get enough of it. I love 3,4,5 triangles!!!!!

Back to more fun....

Haha!! I dont know about you, but I am not studying 5 hours a day again until dental school starts. Woohoo, senioritis for me!!!

I took the DAT today and it had about 10 questions on ecology for the bio section. Can't remember much because i didn't do that well. Good luck

I really hope this sort of thing doesn't happen to me in d-school. (I'd like to say that I actually learned something...especially if I'm going to have to pay big $$$ to get a DDS after my name.) Hopefully, the long and repetitive lectures and the several hours spent in labs will sink in.

Yah, my sister is in dental school and she tells me studying is non-stop. So, I guess senior year of undergraduate is our last time to relax. ^_^ might as well live it up.
