Graduated with 2.95 gpa. Should I pursue a master's to increase my stats then apply to optometry school? or should I just do really good on the OAT and apply without doing a master's?

Why don't you ask the schools you're interested in applying to to see what they advise?

Were there any factors that affected your ability to perform academically while you were in school?
How strong is the rest of your application?

Lots of factors to consider.
