Shadowing Experience Post-Covid 19

Due to covid-19, the CDC regulations are strict now with only having the doctor and patient in the exam room, therefore not allowing shadowing to happen.

What is everyone who is applying this upcoming cycle doing in replace of shadowing hours? I unfortunately only have about 20 hours of shadowing at one setting.. was planning to shadow more during the spring semester since it was my first semester off until covid happened!

I think that schools will be more lenient about shadowing hours this upcoming cycle! 20 hours should be decent enough for most schools, especially if you have decent stats! Here is a link that lists the number of shadowing hours per school School & College Prerequisites | OptomCAS
