Where is there good information on this for various schools? Just their websites, usually?

Medschoolready has post-interview acceptance rates for many schools at this link. You just have to click on the school profile that you are interested in.

On average it's about a 50% rate of offer of acceptance post-interview. This is stretched out across the whole time, so that acceptances off waitlists are incorporated in that figure. As you might imagine, getting to the interview stage is really the biggest hurdle.

According to Jefferson, they interview approx. 800 out of 7,800 applicants and offer 500 acceptances.
