If a program specifically stated that post-interview contact isn't required. Is it okay to tell them that you will be ranking them very highly by this time. I would really like to go there. They have stated in their ppt that contact isn't required nor expected and also gave an article about match violations. They kind of sided against thank you letters.

Is there a way to express my sincere interest.
