I have been feeling a lot of stress recently after I go to interviews. I feel that I made a ton of little mistakes. Obviously everyone makes mistakes and never has a perfect interview but I have been second guessing everything I say and am starting to get nervous that I wont match.

It is all irrational fears, I am sure that I will match, but this process is not very good for my health.

Anyone else feel this way?

First off, breathe. Remember that interviews exist to make sure you are "normal". Radiology is an intensely personal field. You are literally sitting next to members of the department for hours at a time. They want to make sure you will fit in decently well with the culture. That's it.

Second, you're not alone. At the first few interviews, I was very nervous as well. I think what has dropped my stress levels is that I've basically seen the same people at every interview. At my most recent one, I knew all the candidates from other interviews. You're all interviewing for the same places. Every program can't have every one of you. After a certain point, you're gonna match, hopefully in a place that's a good fit.

Just relax. Radiologists are easy going for the most part. Just don't act like an axe murderer and you'll be fine.

Look at the bright side... At least you did not feel great about your interviews.... only for a surprise to come on March 10. 🙁

You will be fine. Don't sweat it and enjoy the trail experience.

It's huge that you relax during these interviews. You have to imagine these attendings are trying to figure out who they want to sit next to for hours on end over the next four years. As long as you seem like a normal, relaxed human being you will be great!

Whether it's meditation, doing some pushups in the bathroom, or counting sheep, find whatever makes you feel calm and relaxed before each interview. And realize that most people are nervous about these things. You aren't alone, but it's up to you not to show it to the interviewer. Best of luck, and remember relax!
