Post Interview Pre Decision interest letter

I am wondering if it is considered improper to add an interest letter to my application profile post interview, but pre decision.

The school has a page where I can upload any additional documents to my application after the interview, and this school is a top choice for me for personal reasons and because I was really impressed with the school and the way they teach when I took the tour on my interview day.

Absolutely send a letter. Tell them it's your top choice in your letter.
