Yeah. I remember someone got rejected post-interview from UVA. That was a while ago.

yea i was wondering the same thing. I was placed on the hopkins waiting list and the letter said i was at the bottom of the list and basically had zero chance of getting in. to me this means rejection, but hey it is nice to say i made the waiting list.

I got rejected from a crappy state school post-interview (by certified mail!). A school that promised that they disregarded all numbers in the application after you were accepted for interview (so, I wasn't too smart/not smart enough).

Graduating this year from a top 5 school.

hey, you heard from hopkins already? may i ask when? i'm sorry about the alternate list, but i agree, at least you can always say you were waitlisted.

i got a letter last week after interviewing the first week in december. I assumed as much since it had been a while and no call.
