So, I just interviewed at a school yesterday, and am debating sending an update letter about a job I recently started not reflected in my primary/secondary. It's a job as a medical scribe in a Orthodox Jewish primary care practice, and being Chinese (the only Asian who works there with a patient population being 90% orthodox), I feel this is a pretty decent experience to learn about another culture I'm not familiar with. However, I'm not sure if this update would help post-interview. I will send this as an update to the schools I haven't heard from that accept these updates.

This school in question said that there's a chance my file will be selected for review on Monday, which means my update letter if sent would have to be uploaded in the portal by then at the latest, putting me in a bit of a conundrum.

Would love to hear some opinions, thanks!

If you interviewed yesterday, why didn't you bring this up in your interview?

I did, but I'm not sure how it will get reflected in the report/assessment my interviewers write.
Assume it will be. The interviewer is your advocate to the AdCom. They will bring it up should there be any concern that it would alleviate. Also, as gonnif said, this isn't a high yield update that would make a major impact. If you end up getting waitlisted, then maybe email them in the spring (if you're still interested) and let them know once you have more hours under your belt.
