Post-naplex anxiety!!

Hi all. I am in need of some advice. I've been agonizing all weekend about the naplex. I took the exam at the end of last week. Some questions weren't bad....but others were from way left field. As the test went on the questions got harder (questions from MS and oncology, not my strongest areas). I hear mixed things about what it means to get questions from difficult topics. I was able to finish the exam with time to spare. My question is...did any of you feel like you really didn't know how you did on the exam? Like it could really go either way?? I took the pre-Naplex before and got a 103...but after I took the naplex I realized I had missed some questions that I knew the answers to. Any help/advice would be most welcomed. I've been praying to God to for peace and for a passing grade and to help me get through this stress. Help, please.
 
I've never heard of someone who got a 100+ on the pre naplex failing the actual test.....actually I've never heard of anyone who scored above a 75 on the practice test failing. People with lower scores on the practice test seemed to score about 10-20 points higher on the actual test. People with higher practice test scores (100+) score closer to slightly better on the actual test.

This is by no means scientific, but I combed threads for hours making notes on all claimed scores.
 
You did well on the pre-Naplex so more than likely you passed.

I know it's hard not to stress about it but as I recall you get the score back pretty quickly. Just try to find something to keep your mind off of it until then.
 
I'll take the opposite approach...say if you didn't, its not the end of the world. There are worse things in life: like losing someone you love, etc. All you have to do is regroup, focus on your weak spots, and go for it again.

I am in the same boat as you!!! Took my Naplex on Sat. Had some questions I knew for sure and some questions that are popping in my head now that I missed but knew. I'm trying not to think to heavily about it and going to work to keep my mind off of it! I got a 107 on the prenaplex and had a lot of onco and HIV on my exam which I was not expecting. I don't know if you believe in God, but what calms me down is taking a moment to thank God and in faith say I know I passed my exam and I thank God for it. I've been preparing for this thing for months and praying about it - now I just need to stay calm and have faith that my efforts were enough 🙂 Tuesday is almost here!!!!

I definitely believe in God...I know I wouldn't made it this far on my own. Despite the stress, I'm trying to stay calm and steadfast in my faith. He wouldn't bring us this far to leave us alone. I'll be praying for the both of us that we pass!!!
 
I was in the same boat as you. I took my NAPLEX and thought it was crazy hard, all kinds of questions on vaccinations and TB and HIV. I still remember my first NAPLEX question from 10 years ago "What form of metabolism is determined by genetic polymorphism?" Luckily I knew it was acetylation. But I worried as I left, I ended up scoring a 131 - so need to worry I guess
 
Scored 100+ on Pre-Naplex twice but real felt NAPLEX is much tougher. Bombarded with ID, HIV, Immunization each question got harder and harder. Shocked with one particular MATH question. Where question gave electrolytes data without naming what corresponds to what, there were put into columns and rows. Feeling very upset. Praying.....praying ....praying.

Hi. I just took my. Naplex today. And I really REALLY feel like I failed. Did you feel like u really REALLY failed?
 
Ya I did feel that way but ended up getting good score. Don't worry you will be fine. Good Luck

Well well well!!! I passed!!!!!! Thanks for temporarily calming my nerves during the long weekend waiting period!!! I am so relieved!!!!!
