I know, I've submitted this thread before. I'm really confused as to how to write this. what is quasi-resume format? Should this be more of a listing of my experiences or what I've learned through my experience. thx.

It should be however you want it to be - there are no guidelines for a reason - so you can say whatever you want to say about them. If it suits you best to list accomplishments, resume style, related to each EC, do that - if it fits your overall app better to talk about what you've learned and how you fell into each experience, do that!
