If I received acceptances post-traffic day but chose to keep my original school (that I decided before traffic day), do I need to notify the original school that I turned down the others? Or would simply declining them suffice?

Technically, you need to only notify the new school of the decline. However, I would be proactive and inform both

From the vantage point of the school, do they know through AMCAS which offer an applicant accepted or declined? Or can they only see which schools have offered acceptances to a given applicant before and after traffic day.
