  1. Pre-Dental
Hello,
First time poster here~
I have some questions regarding Post bacc programs.

Do dental schools look down on certain postbacc programs? Or does any postbacc program that best fits any person's situation fine? What schools have the best postbacc programs for dental schools specifically since some schools have postbaccs for med school or any medical profession? Or is it better to go to a postbacc where grades are easier to achieve?

I would prefer if the schools were in California, but willing to travel if I could get the best education?
Thank you all

Go to the SFSU one if you can. It has a near 100% acceptance rate for dental. Their committee letters are solid and they also have been around a while so they know what they are doing. The cons are high living costs and high tuition.

This. Assuming you are referring to UCSF?

Thank you! I'll look into it.

How much is the cost for SFSU postbac program? Also is it online or classroom? Please let me know.

Googled it. No longer available:

SFSU - University of Pacific Dental Post-Bac Program
Due to administrative reorganization, our highly successful Dental Post-Bac Program no longer operates. Pre-dental CCTs and AETs are welcome to apply to the Formal Post-Bac Program.

@JackMasterOfAll Well they still have their formal postbacc for all health professions.

But how hard is it to get in?

I am applying this 2020-2021 year cycle and I have a few questions on post-bacc programs.
1) Which school is close to Maryland?
2) Least tuition
3) Accredited for dental school
4) A year or less to finish is ideal

What is better to help with GPA : Postbacc or Master programs? OR Should I take community college courses?

Thank you for all your help!
