Have any of you that are in residency or an attending at an academic center heard how this would specifically effect Radiation Oncology residencies?

Who knows? AFAIK, the latest press release by the ACGME is merely fear mongering of the worst kind. However, things like duty hours are utterly irrelevant to most Rad Onc programs so at least that's a non-issue.
