Given the FDA warning on PPI, what has your facility done in response? More specifically in relationship to stress ulcer prophylaxis. ASHP used to have a guideline, but it's being revised as we speak.

well, for IV PPIs we've continued our interchange to IV H2s unless active GI bleeding or a GI consult.

We got it approved during the shortage a few months ago, and have continued to use it.
