I'm planning to go back to my home country after graduating from dental school. However, I'm thinking about staying in the US for a year after graduation to gain some work experience, so that in case I want to move back to the states, it'd be easier for me to find a job because I already have some US dental practice experience. Would that one year make a difference if I want to come back to the US? Or should I go back to my country right after graduation? I'm US citizen, so I can come back at anytime.
