So i'm entering my second year of residency and i've realized that I don't 100% love the OR. I love obstetrics and I enjoy being in the clinic but when it comes to the OR it's a different story. Come graduation, how realistic would it be to join a practice where I could focus on obstetrics and office gyn only.

Very realistic. Just refer any surgical cases to one of your partners. Many practices are structured this way anyway.
